Our School is full of happy and highly motivated children. We are committed to providing a warm, welcoming and nurturing atmosphere with a strong educational ethos and moral values.
We are passionate about helping to develop children’s confidence and to raise their self-esteem. Nothing does this more than success across the full range of school activities; this is why Sport, Art, Music and Drama are all as important as the pursuit of academic excellence. We provide opportunities for children to achieve success in all areas of the curriculum and we always celebrate their achievements.
Avannah International Schools began in year 2015 but the vision to build a school that will provide children with superior, quality and affordable education within a safe and conducive environment started decades ago.
The school which opened to its first set of pupils in September 2015 with less than 10 children has grown in multiple leaps and bounds and in geometric terms and is fast becoming a model for other upcoming schools.
In addition, our staff to pupil ratio (currently less than 1 staff to 5 pupils) is one of the best within the FCT and it is designed to ensure safety and excellent care for our pupils at all times.
On behalf of the management, we express gratitude to our pupils, our parents, and our staff who have been with us and continue to inspire us to live by our mantra of “Happy, Pupils, Happy Parents, Happy Staff”.
Various new initiatives are planned every academic session in line with our objective to continuously improve on all aspects of the pupils/staff experience within the school and in every engagement.
